The latest transactions history is missing, when I try to reload it, it simply shows the error as not able to connect to the bank servers no matter how many times I try to reload. Worst experience ever. Please try to fix this issue asap. The app is getting worse and worse day by day. And the bank refuses to print the transaction history on traditional passbook. Please atleast make the app workable....is it just for show.

There should be no restrictions on generating statements multiple times in a day for the same account. Plus email statement details doesn't always tally with on-screen details. That's very confusing and indicates lax security for transactions.

After May 2020 update the pass book is not synchronizing regularly. It takes four or five days to synchronize.. I have made Compliant thro Mail & app. but no action is taken by the authorities.. If they see this I hope they will look into this & can revert back to previous version OR should debug this problem.. If improved the rating may be corrected.. Now after 22nd not synchronizing, several complaints made by mail, FB, thro app. No improvement. Can the developer attend to it.. Do something.
